👜 Do your bags have zippers?

Yes, our bags have zippers! 🧳✨ They also feature a small zippered pocket inside.

⏱️ What is your processing, shipping, and delivery time?

📁 What file types do you accept?

The most preferred file type for custom design/logo files is high-resolution transparent PNG. 📂✨ However, we accept all PNGs, JPGs, and even PDFs. If you send us your file, we can review it for quality and printability for free!

💰 Do you charge extra for new design or personalization?

No, we only charge printing fees. 🖨️✨ All you have to do is purchase the design, and you can send any customization and changes you want via message.

❓ What does Non-Print mean?

We also sell our products without any design or printing on them. 🎨👜 If you want the designs shown in the listings, please purchase a printed bag.

🖨️ What printing method do you use for your bags and pouches?

We use DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology to ensure the highest quality printing! 🖨️✨ We also use our bags in daily life, trusting their quality. We print the designs twice at high temperatures, making them more durable. This printing allows your design to integrate seamlessly with the bag.
