What materials do you use for your 3D printed products?

We use high-quality, eco-friendly PLA (Polylactic Acid) for all our 3D printed products. It’s a renewable resource made from corn starch, ensuring that our creations are as sustainable as they are durable.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! Customization is at the heart of what we do. If you have a specific design in mind or want to personalize an existing product, just send us a message, and we’ll work together to make your vision a reality.

How should I care for my 3D printed items?

To keep your 3D printed items looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to heat and direct sunlight. If they need cleaning, a gentle wipe with a damp cloth should do the trick. Add an aftermarket UV protectant for items that will be exposed to direct sunlight to keep colors fresh and sharp. You can always paint your item with acrylic paint or automotive spray paint if you choose.

What is the production time for an order?

Production times can vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. Typically, it takes about 3-5 days to create and ship your item. If you need something faster, please contact us to discuss expedited options.

We understand that many purchases are gifts, so we offer a gift note option that you can select at checkout. Please select this option at checkout or contact us for more details.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange. Any item that is being returned must be delivered back to me no later than 30 days after the item was delivered to you.

How does shipping work?

We ship to the USA, APO and FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to you.

Custom and personalized orders

Select the customization option for the item you are ordering. If you would like to customize an item further or create a new item contact me prior to placing an order. I will then provide a digital mock-up for your approval before we begin the printing process.

Absolutely. Sustainability is a core value for us. From using biodegradable materials to powering our workshop with solar energy, we’re committed to minimizing our environmental impact. The packaging material is made from recycled plastic bottles.
