What shipping options are available?

We offer several shipping options to fit different budgets and delivery needs. Standard Shipping: USPS flat mail; our lowest-cost option. This can take up to 2–3 weeks from the ship date for delivery. Tracking is provided through Etsy directly, and updates will not display on the USPS website. USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days, full tracking through USPS. UPS Ground Saver: 2–6 business days, full tracking through UPS. USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days, full tracking through USPS. USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days, full tracking through USPS. Carrier timeframes are estimates and begin after your order ships. Standard Shipping is the default Etsy shipping option unless a different service is selected at checkout.

What is Standard Shipping?

Standard Shipping is our most affordable option and is intended for customers who want to keep shipping costs lower and are comfortable with a longer delivery timeframe. It uses USPS flat mail rather than a standard USPS package service. Because of this, transit can take up to 2–3 weeks from the ship date, even when Etsy displays an earlier estimated delivery date. Etsy's automated estimates do not always account for the longer transit times that can occur with this mail service.

How does Standard Shipping tracking work?

Tracking for Standard Shipping is provided directly through Etsy. USPS does not provide the same consumer-facing tracking for flat mail that it provides for its package services. Because of this, tracking updates can be limited or delayed. Your order may initially show "Pre-Transit" even after it has shipped. This does not mean the order has not been shipped; the tracking simply has not updated yet. An update may not appear until the mail is processed later in transit or reaches a facility closer to your delivery area. In rare cases, your order may be delivered without receiving any tracking updates while it is processed through the postal system.

What is your processing time?

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time and refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed to the carrier. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday typically ship the following week, depending on when the order is placed and current order volume. Holiday weekends, severe weather, or other local circumstances may occasionally extend processing times slightly.

I need my order by a specific date. What should I do?

If you need your order by a specific date, please message us BEFORE placing your order. We need to consider both our processing time and the carrier's transit time to determine whether your deadline is realistic. A shipping upgrade does not eliminate processing time. Orders placed over the weekend still require processing before they can be shipped. If your order is needed for a birthday, event, trip, gift, or other deadline, please contact us beforehand so we can confirm that we can fulfill and ship your order in time.

Does upgrading my shipping make my order ship sooner?

No. A shipping upgrade changes the carrier service and transit time; it does not eliminate our processing time. All orders require processing before they can be shipped. The carrier's estimated transit time begins after your order has shipped. For example, an order placed over the weekend cannot be shipped until the next available business day, even if Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express is selected. If you have a deadline, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm the timeline.

My order says "Delivered," but I can't find it. What should I do?

Standard Shipping: This service can occasionally show a premature "Delivered" status because it does not receive the same physical delivery scan as a typical USPS package. If this happens, check your mailbox and usual delivery locations and allow 1–3 additional days for the order to arrive. Upgraded shipping: If USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or UPS Ground Saver shows as delivered, contact the local USPS Post Office or UPS facility responsible for delivery. These services have delivery scans with GPS information that the carrier can use to investigate. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered that are affected by an incorrect/incomplete address, theft, or carrier mis-delivery.

Can I cancel my order or change the design?

Cancellations are not typically accepted, but exceptions may be made depending on the reason and whether the order has been processed or shipped. If you purchased the wrong design or changed your mind, please message us as soon as possible before your order ships. When possible, we may be able to exchange the design instead of canceling the order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it or change its design. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we are to accommodate your request.

What happens if there is a shipping problem?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, once an order has been shipped, delays, lost or damaged packages, carrier errors, weather, and other unforeseen shipping issues are outside of our control. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect and we are not notified before shipment, the order will be shipped as provided. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or provide refunds for delays or issues caused by the carrier or an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer.
