Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Returns are NOT accepted for custom or personalized items. Refunds on custom or personalized items are considered ONLY if the seller makes a mistake. If the buyer provides incorrect information and/or spelling, that is not the seller's error. On the occasion a return is accepted, the buyer assumes the cost of return shipping. Refunds are not initiated until the item is received by the seller in the original condition. In all cases, the amount refunded will be the total purchase amount LESS the initial shipping cost. All prices include shipping. For example, if a buyer purchases a $10 item that was shipped for $3, the refunded amount will be $7.

Do you offer discounts?

From time to time I will have promotional codes available on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Follow me there to know when those codes are active! Several of my items can be bundled and are listed as such. For example, prints bought in sets are discounted from the original per-piece price.

Shipping and Shipping Delays

All items are shipped USPS with tracking unless otherwise noted. For items that ship without tracking, shipping upgrades are available for purchase. Shipping and handling times are noted within individual product listings, and are as accurate as possible. If the seller is delayed in getting a product shipped, the buyer will be notified ASAP. Once a package has been relinquished to the shipping provider, the seller is no longer responsible. Any shipment delays or problems are the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your order is delayed or shows as delivered but has not been received, it is recommended you first contact your local post office with any available tracking information to rectify the problem.

Do you donate profits to charitable organizations?

Yes! Beginning January 1, 2025, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of EACH ITEM is earmarked for donation to a "blue" cause. Recipients include, but are not limited to, the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, the Trevor Project, Sandy Hook Promise, and Democratic candidates across the country, especially those seeking to unseat a Republican incumbent.

Refunds on Lost or Delayed Orders

Refunds on lost or delayed orders are not offered until a period of 90 DAYS from the original ship date has passed. This offers ample time for A) the shipping provider to deliver the item, B) the item to be returned to sender, or C) the item to be considered irrevocably lost. Please see the FAQ on Returns and Refunds for further information.

Print-On-Demand Returns/Exchanges

Items like t-shirts and mugs are printed on a made-to-order basis. Due to the on-demand nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged UNLESS there is a mistake in manufacturing or the item is damaged. If you believe there is an error with your order, please reach out as soon as possible so that I can do my best to correct it.

Can I get this design on a v-neck/long sleeve t-shirt/other apparel item?

I spent a lot of time carefully considering what apparel item I wanted to use to showcase my designs and chose one that offered the broadest mix of colors and sizes for full inclusion. However, I realized that different people have different styles, so if you would like to have a design printed on a different shirt style, feel free to send me a message. If I and my printer are able to fulfill your request, I will happily create a custom listing for you!
