As a Dedicated Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, Sugar Free & Type One Diabetic friendly bakery, we have strict standards when it comes to our packaging. Our cookie packaging policy is as follows.

****** All of our cookies are individually packaged in self sealing cookie bags, boxed & then sealed with a food grade freshness cellophane wrap and finally finished with a commercial food grade insulated "keep cool" bubble wrap. Orders are then boxed, and shipped out USPS PRIORITY*****

****FLASH FROZEN SHIPPING - WHAT IT IS & WHY WE USE IT
Flash freezing is the process of rapidly freezing food at extremely low temperatures. Our flash freezing methods preserve and maintain taste, quality, texture & nutritional value for all of our goods.

**** SUMMER SHIPPING**** If you live in a hot, humid climate or your area is experiencing a HEAT WAVE and you order from us during the summer months- we recommend an upgrade to USPS EXPRESS shipping to ensure a quick arrival of your order.

****RETURNS & EXCHANGES****
Returns / Exchanges are NOT available on ANY item from the bakeshop. If in the event you're order arrives damaged beyond edible / safe consumption please message us and let us know.

***In order to receive a one time FREE duplicate replacement of you're original item - We do require that within 24 hours of receiving you're order you send photos to us showing the damaged item(s). All pictures sent MUST be clear for viewing and must also show the entirety of the order - including boxes, wrapping and the damaged product(s).

**If we do not receive said pictures within that 24 hour period as requested above the FREE replacement will be forfeited**

***CANCELLATIONS***
Cancellations are accepted within the 24 hour period of the order being placed.

***STORAGE***
These cookies do not need to be refrigerated, however if the environment they are in is hot or humid the cookies can be placed in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them firm.
