When will I receive my order?

You can view estimated arrival dates at checkout or in the email confirmation that is sent after purchase.If you have purchased multiple items with different processing times your order will be processed based on the longest processing time within your order. Processing time starts the day after your order is placed. Business days are Monday-Friday for my shop, excluding any major holidays. Once your order is shipped it should arrive to you in 1-5 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. *Occasionally there are delays due to USPS error so I recommend allowing extra time for delivery. I am not responsible for shipping delays*

Can you rush my order?

Yes I do accept Rushed Orders for an additional fee. I cannot always accept Rushed Orders but I do try my best. Rushed Order fees are as follows: $10 for 1 item + $4 per item thereafter $15 for gift sets This fee does not include any upgrades for shipping, it is simply to push your order ahead of other orders. Please message me PRIOR to placing your order to see if I am able to accommodate your Rushed Order and I will create an additional listing for you to purchase.

An item arrived damaged, can you help?

I am happy to help with any issues, please reach out within 72 hours of receiving your product. Any inquiries outside of this time frame are considered FINAL SALE, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed. All damaged items will be replaced free of charge if you notify us within 72 hours of delivery. After that time period, we are no longer able to replaced damaged items free of charge.

Most items in my shop can be customized for an additional fee. This fee ranges from $3-$10 depending on your requests. The following items CAN NOT be customized: Can coolers, party (stadium) cups, tattoos, hair ties/hair tie cards, button pins, embroidered products, empty sanitizer bottles and labels.

I entered the wrong shipping address, how can this be fixed?

We are only able to update the shipping address before the order has shipped. Please message us as soon as possible and we will make a note on your order to update the shipping address. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address: Once shipped, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. The buyer can contact USPS directly to attempt a "package intercept" and update the shipping address. This shop is not responsible for shipping fees to re-ship packages that have been returned to us by the postal service due to non-delivery under any circumstances. The buyer is responsible to purchase a new shipping label to have the items re-shipped to a deliverable address.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes to orders can only be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.
