UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package without any damage, we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges). or We can re-send packages that are returned to us but customer must pay the shipping for re-send packages. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to the sender. When a postal carrier returns a parcel that includes a plant, perishable item, unfortunately, we don't issue a refund. The plant gets damaged due to staying on the road for a long time. Perishable items must be followed by the buyer.

Handmade Products : As some steps of the manufacturing process are performed by hand, each product gets a unique finish and slight variations in colour & size might occur.You should also know that handmade products may feature imperfections. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for plants unless they arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept return and exchance. Our products are perishable. Our plants, pots and other products should be packed professionally. if you do want to return the item for some reason in 7days, please note Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.If you do need to return an item for whatever reason, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item is customer responsibility.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect in any way we will do our best to track it down but no refund will be given unless/until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable. We don't accept returns for a plant, if you "change your mind" or "you don't like the products due to aesthetic reasons. Plants must be packed by professionals. We may accept returns for plant pot or non-perishable items. If you change your mind or you don't like the products due to aesthetic reasons. All packaging and return label fees are the responsibility of the buyer. When items return successfully, (without any damage or nonuse), we issue full refund (excluding return label).

Eco-Friendly Packaging

How to recycle: Biofil loose packing peanuts are made from plant starch so are compostable, completely biodegradable, and water-soluble. Packing peanuts can be reused or disposed of with normal household waste or other organic waste. The outer packaging of packing peanuts is also recyclable. Our cling film alternative is 100% certified compostable, meaning it will degrade within 6 months versus the hundreds of years it takes for the plastic in cling film. Cardboard is made from natural materials which makes it compostable and eco-friendly.
