Sterling Silver can be cleaned with a soft cloth. Silver items need to be removed whilst bathing/showering. Silver reacts to perfumes and lotions so please be careful to wipe clean. Items with stones set are susceptible to damaged prongs so please check these at regular intervals to prevent loss of stones.

I do not offer resizing so please make sure you know your ring size or have a jeweller to resize for you

What if my ring doesn't fit

I do not accept returns for rings that do not fit. It's up to the buyer to check all sizes.

Any item sold to the USA will have the Tariff prepaid by me and the receipt attached outside the parcel. Tracking is available with the tracking number on Royalmail.com

I must stress that I only accept a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. I process my orders as soon as they arrive. For orders outside the UK I purchase postage labels online. This means I have to request a refund if the order is cancelled..please consider this when purchasing.. Thank you

Returning items outside the UK

Please label the customs label correctly. I am not liable for any customs duties added for entering the UK. If the label is incorrectly filled in it is not my responsibility. The label has to clearly state it is a return to avoid duty. Buyer pays return postage

Most of my items are Pre-loved. They may show signs of wear but I do clean and polish items and where necessary send them for professional repair.

Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

If an item arrives with a loose or missing stone please contact me as soon as possible. I am not responsible for stones lost after the item has been worn. Many of my silver rings are dress rings and are Intricate in design so great care must be taken when wearing them. All items are checked before shipping but as a buyer you must check upon arrival and inform me straight away of any damage in transit.
