How are your mugs made?

Our mugs undergo a dye sublimation process where the artwork is printed on transfer paper using specialized dye sublimation ink. The transfer paper is then wrapped tightly around the mug, and heat and pressure are applied. This causes the ink to turn into a gas, bonding with the mug's coating at a molecular level. As a result, the image becomes a permanent part of the mug, ensuring vibrant and durable designs that won't fade or peel.

What if my package arrives broken?

If your package arrives damaged or broken, this issue is typically related to the carrier and their handling during delivery. To resolve this promptly, please message me on Etsy as soon as possible. In order to process insurance claims, I kindly request photo proof of the damage. With this information, I will be able to assist you further by arranging a replacement to be sent or issuing a full refund to your account. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve any shipping-related issues.
