Custom and personalised orders

I am happy to accept orders for commissions. Contact me with your specifications and for price list. Personalised and commission pieces are non-refundable. Order will be made once invoice is paid. Do not hesitate to contact me if you would like an artwork in another size. Most options are workable. Custom orders will take longer to make and therefore ship. Please allow a 4 week leeway for custom orders as I work in oil paints. Turn around may be quicker dependent on item and available time slot. Photographs detailing progress of order will be sent each step of the way to ensure customer satisfaction. Full payment is needed before order is made.

Could you change the color of clothes or make a compilation oil painting? Can you go from a black and white photo to a colored oil painting?

Yes, of course, we can change almost any aspect of the subject(s) in the painting, including the face, clothes, skin, weight, etc. We can also combine several photos into one painting.

Sambanis.art uses PayPal. PayPal is a major company that protects its customers. If a customer does not receive their item or it arrives broken, PayPal will refund the money. 100% of my customers are happy!

Custom and personalised orders

Usually, the production of each painting takes between 10 to 18 days (depending on the size, technical tasks, etc.) Standard shipping takes between 15 to 40 days. Standard shipping may be delayed from September to December. We also offer express seven-day shipping.

I want to order a painting. What are the next steps?

1) Send us a message with a photo (or a few photos) and your thoughts on your portrait. 2) You will receive a few options for the painting and my comments. We will discuss all the details of your portrait. 3) You can pay a deposit (50%) or pay 100% up front. 4) You will get photos of the process (30%-50%) to prove that the painting is 100% handmade! 5) When the painting is complete and you confirm that you love it, we will send it to you. 6) You will receive a tracking number for your shipment.
