My tracking says "Delivered," but my package isn't here yet?

Don't worry! This is a very common occurrence with USPS. Often, a package is marked as "Delivered" when it reaches your local sorting facility or is still on the delivery truck. 99% of the time, your stickers will arrive in your mailbox 1–2 business days after that notification. Please give it just a little more time to find its way to you!

Why isn’t my tracking number working on the USPS website?

To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, I use a specialized shipping service through Etsy’s partner, Pitney Bowes. These numbers are best viewed directly through your Etsy "Purchases" page or the Pitney Bowes website, rather than the standard USPS portal. Status: If it still says "In Transit," it is likely making its way through the sorting hubs. If your order seems truly stuck, please reach out and I will be happy to arrange a replacement for you!

What should i do if there is an issue with my order (missing/wrong item)?

I am a human behind this shop, and while I strive for perfection, mistakes can occasionally happen! Are these stickers waterproof and dishwasher safe?

Yes! My stickers are made with premium, high-quality vinyl and a protective laminate. They are weather-resistant and can handle a trip through the dishwasher. For the longest life, I recommend placing them on smooth, clean surfaces and hand-washing when possible, but they are built to be tough!

Can I put these on my car window?

Absolutely. They look great on car bumpers and windows! Just make sure the surface is clean and dry before you "stick" it for the best grip.

How do I apply my sticker for the best results?
