• Blankets Measure 49" x 61" All our blankets are branded with our logo on the Care Tag. Blankets are 100% Acrylic.

• Socks are standard one size fits most for women (US size 6-10) Our cream knit sock material is acrylic 37%, wool 30%, nylon 17%, and spandex 2%. Our cozy boot socks are cotton 55%, polyester 25%, wool 8%, nylon 12%.

• We do have mens socks in Charcoal Grey just leave us a note to seller if you would like them to be substituted.

• Our heart mug, daisy mug, starry village mug, snowflake mug, gingerbread mug, ghost mug, leaves and blossoms mug, and stoneware mug are exclusive to our shop. We designed these mugs from start to finish and hold the copyright on these mugs.

• We design the majority of our products in the gift boxes, and they are all branded with our logo, box designs, label designs, and product tags. We hold the copyright on these designs. Any other products are sourced with a wholesale contract and we have the right to resell.

• All food or perishable products will have valid expiration dates and nutritional information on or with the product. Please note most of the food is manufactured on lines that share equipment.

• Tea Samplers, Drink Samplers, and Hot Cocoa Samplers will have a variety of flavors from the stock we currently have. If you would like specific flavors please reach out to us so we can make a note on your order.

_____IMPORTANT INFO_____
• Gift boxes have a 1-3 BUSINESS DAY turnaround time (please note that orders placed on a Friday may not ship until the following week).

• Please send us a message BEFORE purchase if you have a really tight timeframe and we will do our best to help you! Leaving a message in notes to seller may not be accommodated. It is always better to reach out to make sure we can help get the package there on time.

• Etsy will give you an estimated time of delivery. Understand this is an estimate given by the carriers to Etsy, and is just that; an estimate. We do not guarantee arrival dates. If your package arrives past the estimate that Etsy gives you please reach out to us.

• Please note that during busy holiday times small substitutions may be made that vary from the listing photo - this is to ensure your gift is still sent on time!

• During the summer, items such as chocolate truffles may be substituted to prevent melting. If your gift is being sent to a hot climate please let us know.

• GIFT BOXES DO NOT COME WITH TWINKLE LIGHTS OR BACKGROUND ACCESSORIES UNLESS SPECIFIED!

• Turnaround time does NOT include shipping transit time. Please be aware that the ONLY thing we have control over is how quickly we ship out your gift.
We contract out to USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your gift.

• Carefully select your shipping preference at checkout. Carrier selection will vary based on the delivery location and current rates.
We offer ground (2-8 business days) and express (2-4 business days).

• If you would like us to print and include a message to the recipient be sure to add it to the personalization box, OR check the "Add gift message for free" option in your Etsy shopping cart and type your message there.

• If you would like a blank card for you to write your own message please ask for one in the personalization box.

_____BOX PACKAGING DETAILS_____
• Items will come beautifully packaged in a gift box with white or kraft shred. Box color, and box size may change seasonally, based on availability, or based on the size of your gift box contents.

• We do our best to ensure each gift box is as close to the listing as possible. Main items will remain as pictured, but ribbons and small decorative items may vary depending on market supply and seasonality.
