💅SELECTING THE RIGHT SIZE

Purchase a sizing kit (recommended) - A sizing kit includes one of each nail size (00 - 9) in whichever shape you choose (e.g. short almond) for you to physically try on and find the best sizes for your nails.

*Please note that although all the nail tips I use are the same brand, not all of the shapes and lengths share the same sizes. If you are looking to change shape/length, then please purchase a new sizing kit.

Measuring your nails (more room for errors) - Please be aware that using this method could lead to you ordering the wrong size of nails. Refer to the above graphics for instructions.

*If you are unsure, or do not understand how to find the measurements for your nails correctly, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am more than happy to help!

✨WHAT'S INCLUDED

- 10 hand painted gel nails
- A full application kit (due to postal limitations, nail glue will only be included in UK orders).

*If you order 1-3 sets in a single order, only one application kit will be included. If you would like or need another application kit (i.e. you are gifting a set to a friend) then drop me a message after placing your order and I will include another for you.

📦PACKAGING

Apart from the sticky tape used to attach your nails to the backing card, all of Bonobonoya's packaging is completely plastic free, recyclable or is made with Biodegradable/Compostable materials! (Made in the UK from compostable EN13432 film). When you’re finished with the packaging, please remove and dispose of the sticky tape from the backing card into general waste and pop all of the other packaging in the recycling bin or compost!

🚛SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Please be sure to check the estimated arrival time during checkout to avoid any disappointment of the nails arriving late.

My processing time is up to 10 days.

Every Bonobonoya set is hand made to order in your specific sizes. Once you place your order, I will prep, paint, package and ship your order. All done in-studio by me.

If you need your nails to be made and sent out ASAP, you can use a Rush Order add on listing for an additional £10 per set (with a max of 2 sets per order per person). This means I will prioritise your order and have them shipped out within 5 working days when the Rush Fee is purchased along side of your set.

*If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the due date (plus 10 days for UK orders and 25 days for International orders), then please contact me as I will be able to file a claim with he postal service and investigate this for you.
