Do I need Canva Pro to edit the templates?

Most templates can be edited using a free Canva account! If a template requires Canva Pro, it will be clearly stated in the listing photos and description before purchase.

I’m new to Canva. Can I ask for help?

Of course! :) I’d be happy to help you with editing your template. Canva is very beginner-friendly, and I’ll do my best to guide you if you run into any problems along the way.

How will I receive my files?

After purchase, Etsy will instantly provide a PDF file containing your Canva access link and instructions on how to access your template. Please make sure you are logged into the correct Etsy account/email used during purchase so you can access your files anytime through your Etsy Purchases section.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. But if you run into any issues or notice any mistakes, please don’t hesitate to message me. I’ll gladly do my best to help and make things right! :)

Can I share the template link with others?

These templates are for one church/ministry or personal use only. Sharing template links outside your church team, reselling, redistributing, or lightly editing and reselling the designs is not allowed. Thank you so much for respecting the work and heart poured into these designs.

Standard purchases are for one church or ministry use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
