Custom and personalized orders

While we are still limited in our range of custom and personalized orders, we are planning to expand that soon! Please send us a message on Etsy for any custom requests and we will work with you to try to make it happen!

Right now, we only offer our wristlets in one size. This size is approximately 12" around (approximate due to the nature of various sizes of focal beads and other add ons). If you need a smaller or larger wristlet, please contact us so we can create a custom size.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale availability is possible. We will offer a wholesale discount with this as well. We ask that you contact us with plenty of time before your items are needed so we have the ability to order anything that is needed to make your items. We are a small business and do not always have high quantities of items in stock but we want to serve you the best we can!

We currently only ship to the United States. In most cases, we will utilize USPS.

Our processing time is currently 3-5 days. We work 7 days a week, but not on holidays. You will receive your tracking number from us when your order is shipped out.

We offer local pickup in the Central Ohio area! Please contact us to confirm location and time. We will meet at the chosen time. Anyone that does not show up at the decided time will have to pay to ship their items or will be refunded the price of the items and will no longer receive them.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you receive your order and it is not in perfect condition, please contact us so we can make it right!

We are a pet friendly business. While we take care to not make any items around the pets to avoid hair and dander contamination, we still thoroughly clean and sanitize every order before we ship it out. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us!

All pens write with black ink. Most of our pens come in white and black, but if there is another color you'd prefer, please contact us and we will try to make that switch for you! No custom requests can be guaranteed.
The base of our pens can be unscrewed and the beads can come off. Due to this, please keep these out of the reach of children.

All of our beads are made from food grade silicone and are BPA free. Beads are choking hazards and these items are not intended for oral use. Please keep out of reach of children because accidents happen and we do not want anyone getting hurt on our items.
Please avoid high heat around beads. This can cause discoloration and in extreme cases, the beads to melt. To keep your beaded items in perfect condition, avoid high heat.
Silicone is sometimes easy to pick up lint and other fine debris. Beads can be cleaned off with water and a washcloth or even a wet wipe. Avoid cleaning beads with any hot water or harsh chemicals to keep them in pristine condition!

These items are not intended for uses such as teething or chewing. Silicone beads are a choking hazard! Please do not leave any silicone beads or silicone beaded items alone with children.
