* Please note: Larger prints (11x14 and above) are typically made slightly oversized to allow for proper mounting and framing. Most standard frames account for approximately 1/8" of overlap. However, if your frame does not, you may need to trim the artwork slightly to ensure a proper fit.

• Please allow up to 3 business days for print production. Weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.
• As of now, we only ship within the continental United States.
• After your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number for either UPS or USPS. On average, shipping durations range from 5 to 7 business days. However, during peak holiday periods, kindly anticipate a potential additional delay of a few days to receive your order. If you have questions about shipping delays, please use the provided tracking number to check where your package currently is and to find out the estimated delivery date. We have no control over the shipping speed once we've handed the package over to the carrier.

• Due to the custom nature of our prints, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it is free of defects. In the rare case of shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly provide a replacement print.
• Kindly note that colors may differ among monitors and devices. We do not provide refunds based on variations in color.
