How can I pay via my Card instead of PayPal?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count! REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office. Please double check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors. Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

We take full responsibility for our products, shipping, and delivery. In case of damage or loss during delivery we will send out a new product as soon as possible. We want you to be happy)

How can I return/exchange my order?

Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can NOT be proceeded, until we receive the original product in a good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, refund will be proceeded WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition.

I can't track my package?/Last update was week or more ago...?

Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.

The bag is beautifully crafted, and feels/looks very high quality. This is a birthday present for my mom. I am very pelased with the product, and the initials add a very nicepersonal touch. I contacted Stanislav with questions about the personalization, and he was very responsive and helpful. Considering getting one for myself, and would definitely recommend!

The order arrived about a month later, which is understandable given the current circumstances and not an issue. The actual product was slightly larger than it appeared in the photo, measuring 13 cm in height and 20 cm in width. While I preferred the proportions of the bag as shown in the photo, the actual item's proportions feel a bit different. However, considering its increased capacity, it’s not necessarily a drawback.
