We suggest ordering at least 3 weeks prior to an event to be safe, as we cannot be held responsible for items that arrive past your event date. Northern Wind Events is not liable for any misspellings after the design has been approved, so please review carefully. If we do not receive a response approving or giving feedback to the proof within 7 business days, we will send your design to print as per the customizations in your order.
.: We do not print anything that infringes on a trademark or copyright. Please reach out if you have any questions about this.
.: Colors may differ slightly than the mock-up once printed, depending on the color itself and the apparel fabric color. Our mockups show, as close as possible, what the ink will look like printed.
.: It is HIGHLY recommended that you place the entirety of your order at once, as opposed to separate orders. This is because you may see slight variances in the finished product (color, placement, design size) if ordering separately because they will be done in separate print runs.
.: Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Typically production takes about 3-5 days on average, while shipping times vary from 1-7 days based on your location.
