Where can I find my purchased download?

Your download email is sent on automation by Etsy (transaction@etsy.com) to the email on file with your account - be sure to check your spam folder! If you have a Gmail account, check your social and promotions tabs as well. Your purchases can also be found at the following link: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases From the Etsy dashboard --> Your account --> Purchases --> Download Access your files in Etsy from a computer or laptop browser (note that files cannot be download in the Etsy app).

I purchased with Apple ID and I can't find my order, how do I download my files?

When purchasing with Apple Pay or your Apple ID, you may have selected "keep my email private" when originally setting up your Etsy account. When this happens, Etsy sends your email to a random email address and not your own! Try logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (you cannot download your files from the Etsy app), to download your files. If you are still having trouble locating your purchase, contact Etsy support or send me a message on Etsy! I accidentally purchased with an email I don't have access to, how do I access my files?

If you purchased through an old Etsy account that is associated with an email you don't have access to, please reach out to Etsy support: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013375488-How-to-Contact-Etsy-Support They can help you update the email on file so you can access your downloads. If you still have trouble finding your files after that, feel free to send me a message on Etsy—I’m happy to help guide you through it!

What are your printing recommendations?

For best results, print your artwork with a professional online print shop or a local print shop. I recommend choosing a heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock. Be sure to reference the detailed printing guide included with your purchase. It has all my favorite tips plus a link to a step-by-step blog post on printing with my favorite shops to help you get started! :)
