We offer refunds and replacements of any item that arrives damaged, Please provide photos of the damage to the item and the packaging so we can quickly process your replacement/refund.

We accept returns of non-personalised items that are unopened. The buyer is responsible for the return postage. We advise obtaining proof of postage from the post office.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for personalised item, due to their custom nature.
