The boots look great and feel great but are hard to get on and off even when unlaced.

I regret to say that from almost all respects, this was my worst experience on Etsy. First, and this was not totally the fault of the seller, I was repeatedly given inaccurate information to contact the shipper. When I received the product, I messaged the seller. She apologized for the snafus. That is the reason the customer service rating was not a one star. The product itself, when it finally arrived, was all but unusable. The boots were folded over for shipping, resulting in leather wrinkled so bad that in one spot it had broken through the surface. There was a large tongue above the foot which should have been shorter and stitched on either side of the foot laces. Because there were neither external or interior pull straps, the improperly designed tongue could not be straightened, nor could the boots be pulled on.
