All wigs are made in an average cap size designed to fit most customers. The standard cap size is approximately 22 inches and can be adjusted to fit between 19–25 inches using built-in adjustment straps. Each wig includes three comb attachments to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

Where a return is authorised, items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. If an item is returned damaged, altered, worn, washed, or showing signs of use, we reserve the right to apply a condition deduction of up to 50%, proportionate to the loss of resale value. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns & Cancellations (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Wigs are hygiene-sensitive items. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply once an item has been opened, tried on, worn, altered, washed, or if the lace has been cut. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or not as described. As a goodwill gesture, we may accept returns within 14 days where the wig is unused, unaltered, with lace fully intact and in original packaging. This is assessed case by case. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping, customs, and handling fees are non-refundable. All wigs are photographed and video-recorded before dispatch.

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail (UK), USPS (USA & Canada), and international courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary due to courier or customs delays. All orders are sent with tracking, which is provided once your order is dispatched.

USA orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and handling fees are included at checkout and are non-refundable if returned. For EU and other countries, customs or import charges may apply on arrival and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

My wig is stuck in customs

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, strikes, or postal disruptions. If your order is held in customs, please contact the courier or your local customs authority directly using your tracking number.

How long will the wig last?

Like anything else this all depends on how much you wear the wig and how well you take care of it. It can last a long time with proper care, usually a proper maintained wig will last you 6-12 months depending on how you treat it, maintain it and if you follow the correct care. If you would like more information let us know and we can send you a wig care leaflet online.

Is the wig shown in the picture the actual wig I will get?

Our wig makers will make the wigs. The first wig made of a specific model is taken to the photographer and photos are taken. Our wig makers then get to work making more of the same wigs. We do send several photos of different angles of the wig next to your name and address after you place an order to make sure your happy before we dispatch your wig. We send photos and do videos to prove; The Item is non defective. The item is as described, The wig is as seen in our photos.

Do I have to trim off the lace on the lace front wig?

Yes! Ofcourse The wig is not meant to be worn with the lace coming down onto your face, this would look silly. You must trim off the excess lace from the wig back to the hairline so it looks natural. Then use Got2Be glue, or wig tape to hold down the lace to your skin to make the hair look as natural as possible.

Courier Companies We Use; • Royal Mail in the U.K • USPS in the US & Canada • Royal Mail Partners in the EU & Elsewhere If you have a problem, or your item is delayed the first thing you should do is contact us and let us know. The wigs do not come with glue however if you prefer the wig to be extra extra secure I fully recommend Got2Be glue.

ATTENTION: always check if you are allergic to the glue by conducting a skin test 24 hours prior. We do not sell Got2Be glue however this is easily found on Amazon or eBay.

🔸 DYING THE HAIR

Do not dye the hair, it is not advised.

🔸 WASHING YOUR WIG

You can use normal shampoo and conditioner, there’s no need for anything fancy.

Wash in warm water, gently wash your wig in gentle strokes, do not rub or scrub as this will tangle the hair.

Brush with a special hair extension paddle brush, pat down with a towel, shake and hang up to air dry over night.
