What is our return policy?

In compliance with EU regulations, you have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. For orders within the EU, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the item must be returned in its original condition. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for orders outside the EU. Our products are custom-made by a local print partner, which means that once an item is printed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to address them.

Do I get a refund when there's something wrong with the product?

If a product arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing error, we can provide a free reprint or refund after you provide us with a photo of the product. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of product delivery, and we’ll assist you. We want to see our customers happy and we will come up with a solution together.

Where do you ship from?

We currently work with 3 print partners, one in the USA, one in the UK and one in Europe. So any orders coming from those countries will be shipped from their respective print shops.
