Where do you ship from?

To ensure quick delivery for our customers, we've partnered with print providers around the world. Orders from Europe are printed in and shipped from the EU. Orders from the US, UK, and Australia are shipped from their respective country. Embroidered products, however, are mainly shipped from the US.

Our products are DTG printed (direct-to-garment). Ink is printed into the fabric. The result is soft and long-lasting. I received my order today but some items are missing. Where is the rest of my order?

Orders containing several items may be shipped separately since we use different print partners. We promise that all of your items will arrive. If you are unable to see the tracking for some items, please contact us.

What if my package is lost in transit?

Please contact me if this issue arises and we will send you a replacement package. In cases where an order is sent back to us because the shipping carrier is unable to deliver it for any reason, the buyer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the correct delivery address with a valid contact number.
