Can You Edit My Design For Me?

Yes. An optional “Edit My Template For Me” service is available. Please purchase both the template and the edit service. Instructions are included in the service listing.

Can I customize the template myself?

Yes. Templates are fully editable in Canva. You can customize wording, text size, colors, and fonts. Please refer to the listing details for any edit limitations.

Is Canva free to use?

Yes, Canva offers a free version and a paid Pro plan. Most templates are designed to work with a free Canva account unless otherwise stated. Some listings may include optional Pro elements. Canva offers a free trial if needed.

What can and can’t be edited?

Can be edited: • Text and wording • Font style, size, and color • Background color • Personal photos Cannot be edited: • Template size or orientation • Certain design elements or graphics (as noted in the listing)

Can I use the invitation design as a sign or request a different size?

Each product is designed for a specific format and resolution. To ensure the best quality, please purchase the correct listing for each format (e.g. sign, invitation). One resize is included only for the same type of product—for example, a sign can be resized to a similar sign size (e.g. 16x20 to 18x24), but invitations cannot be resized into signs.

Will this print in high quality?

All templates are created at high resolution and are suitable for professional printing when downloaded correctly. Final print quality depends on the printer, paper type, size selected, and file settings used by the print provider. We cannot guarantee results from third-party printers, as each company uses different systems and requirements.

How should I download my file for printing?

𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁. For best results, download your design from Canva as PDF Print unless your printer specifically requests a different format (such as PNG). Make sure your Canva document size matches the final print size required by your printer before downloading. Please note that some print providers use automated preview systems that may flag files or display resolution warnings depending on their internal requirements. These previews do not always reflect the final printed result. If you receive a warning, contact us before recreating or modifying the design so we can review your settings and advise.

What if my printer flags a resolution or quality warning?

Some print providers use automated preview systems that may flag files based on their internal requirements. These warnings do not always reflect final print quality. If you receive a warning, please contact us before recreating, modifying, or proceeding with printing so we can review your settings and advise. Many printers also recommend ordering a printed proof or sample to confirm results before final production.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of digital products, refunds are not offered once the files have been accessed or downloaded. We’re always happy to help troubleshoot download settings or review print warnings prior to production.
