How do I use the files?

After downloading the file to your computer, please unzip the zipped file. After unzip, you will receive a folder that has cut files and a tutorial file in it. If you use cricut machine, please use the SVG file. After you upload the SVG file to design space, use group/ungroup to ungroup layers. All layers will be separated into different mats for you to cut when you hit make it. If you use silhouette/ laser machine, please use the DXF file. The DXF file has layers separated.

I can not find the download file from my order

To download the file, please go to the "Purchases And Reviewes" section from your profile. You can find your orders there and download the file attach to that order. Please note that you may get into problems when downloading the file on etsy app. Please sign in your account on a web browser to download it.

Do you have direction on assembly?

Yes. Each design comes with a tutorial sheet. I also mark number of each layer on the ready cut file so it's really easy to use. You should print out the tutorial and the image of finish product so that you don't mess it up when assembling.

I change the color but it doesn't look good as expected. Are there any tips?

Please note that the color of each layer does affect to the final product you make. I always change color on my software first to see how it look before making the actual cut on my machine. And it work well that way. In the file you download, there are files where layer are placed on top of each other, you can change color of the layers on one of these files to see if it look good before cutting.

Can I use your files on a t-shirt?

All items in my shop are designed and edited to cut with cardstock, wood, etc to make multilayer decor, so it has a lot of layers placed on top of each other. I've never make t-shirt before. I have no experience in making t-shirt. Please make sure you can use the file for your purpose before placing an order.

Do you make customized orders?

Currently, I don't make customized orders. However, if you want me to make some minor change on my original designs, feel free to message me. Generally, I can help you to: - Change the frame dimensions of the original design to fit your frame box. - Make a minor change to the design. - Add custom text to the customizable designs. So don't hesitate to message me. I will see if I can customize it, and give you the best solution.

GENERAL INFORMATION
This is the template to make a Christmas village shadow box as shown in the thumbnail. This will be a great decoration for Christmas.
You can use these files for card stock craft - making a shadow box.
The original dimensions are 200x200 mm. You can scale it larger as much as you want, but be careful when you want to scale it smaller.
You will receive a zipped file after purchasing. And you need to extract to use it. Make sure you know how to use the files before you make your purchase.

- 1 eps file
