We offer 4 grades: Candle/Freshie, Cold Process Soap, Body/Diffuser, and Burning Oils. Each performs differently; using the wrong grade may cause weak scent, separation, discoloration, or a failed batch. Always test a small batch first, as every maker’s base and method varies. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable even when free shipping was offered, because shipping was still paid by us to the carrier.
