What materials are used for your products?

Our products are primarily made from PLA for Board Game organizers, Tabletop Buildings and Lithophanes, resin for 3D-printed Tabletop accessories, and laser-cut wood for house ornaments. For digital items, such as STL files, they will be delivered digitally in a ZIP folder. For custom orders, materials may vary based on your request. You can find detailed material information in each listing under "Materials".

Do you offer physical items, or just digital files? Are your organizers compatible with sleeved cards?

We offer both digital downloads (STL files) and physical items, such as 3D-printed board game organizers and laser-cut wood ornaments. To differentiate between them, check the banner in the listing images, as well as the title and description. For organizers, most are designed to accommodate both sleeved and unsleeved cards. Be sure to choose the correct listing based on your needs.

Are the STL files suitable for all 3D printers?

Our STL files are compatible with virtually any FDM and resin printers as long as it is well calibrated. Ensure your printer can accommodate the specified print dimensions for the item you intend to buy. Each product listing includes the largest required print size, for example, in an organizer listing you'll find a picture declaring that 220mm (8.7 inches) is the dimension of the largest piece for that listing. Always check the listing for exact dimensions. If you are unsure, send us a message for clarification.

What if I have trouble printing the STL files?

The files we made are tested several times with different brands of machines. We try to create them with as little support as possible to facilitate the printing. Should the item require extra steps besides loading up and pressing print, we make sure to provide print instructions in the ZIP file. If you encounter issues, feel free to contact us for support.

Can I sell items made from your STL files?

Our STL files are strictly for personal use. It is strictly prohibited to sell files, parts of it, or physical prints. However, if you’re interested in selling products made from our designs, please contact us to discuss licensing options.

Can I customize an item? Can I request a specific color for the 3D prints or laser-cut wood?

Yes! We offer customization for board game organizers, lithophanes, and tabletop accessories. We provide various colour options for PLA prints and different wood finishes. Check the listing or contact us directly to explore customization options and discuss your ideas.

How long does it take to ship a custom-made order?

While normal orders are shipped within 3 days, custom orders' shipping time varies depending on the level of customization, material availability, item size, and quantity. Typically, custom items ship within 1-2 weeks, but more complex projects may take longer. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure you have clear expectations.

Do you ship internationally? Can I use my EU 14 days withdrawal right?

We offer worldwide shipping. Costs and delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout and below the listings. Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or tariffs. USA orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so no additional customs charges at delivery. In accordance with EU consumer law, EU-based customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order (physical goods only). Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, and exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any duties or tariffs paid. These remain the buyer's responsibility.

How do I download the digital files after purchase? Do you offer refunds or exchanges for physical items?

Regarding digital files, after purchasing, the STL files will be instantly available for download from your Etsy account. Due to the digital nature of STL files, we don’t offer refunds on digital downloads. For physical items, contact us within 14 days from the day of delivery to discuss returns.

Printed this myself with a Bambulab P1S with basic PLA and each piece came came out perfect the first try. No Stringing, supports, warping or other typical issues. everything seems to fit perfectly inside as well. So the tolerances on the insert were well set. Thanks!
