ABOUT THE RING

The Marquise Bezel Keepsake or Milk Ring is a simple band with alternating keepsake bezels and cubic zirconia stones. An easy pairing for most wedding rings as the band in available in white, yellow or rose 14k gold plated sterling silver. This listing is for the band in 14k white gold plating.

The band itself is available in either a half band (4 gemstones / birthstones) or a full band (6-8 gemstones depending on the size) diamond cubic zirconia bezels. Or you have the option to choose one type of birthstone (ie. all sapphire for September), or multiple birthstones. Please select accordingly as the price varies. Which birthstone(s) you would like can be left in the personalization box.

Additional keepsakes such as dried wedding/ funeral/ anniversary flowers, umbilical cord, dried placenta, ashes, clothing fibres and sand/ soil can also be used. Please keep in mind Etsy’s policies on human remains.

Tints can be added to breast milk to change the colour (make it more white, pink or blue etc.) Other embellishments such as opal flecks, snow shimmer, gold or silver foil, or dried flowers can also be added. Please request this in the personalization box.

WHAT IS GOLD PLATING?

Gold plating is a thin 14k gold coating that changes the colour of 925 sterling silver rings. Gold plating has a chemical added to it so that it is a slightly different colour than solid gold. This is done purposefully so that to the naked eye it is disernable as gold plating.

TURN AROUND TIME

All ring orders will be completed within 4-10 weeks after keepsakes are received by mail. Please adjust accordingly if this is a gift or please order a DIY kit instead. We can sometimes work with an earlier deadline but require you to message us first to inquire about turn around time.

HOW TO SHIP KEEPSAKES
We are located in Brandon, Manitoba (Canada). Our home address, shipping label and shipping instructions will be provided to your email listed on Etsy after purchase. A teaspoon of breastmilk is needed to make 1-3 keepsakes. Half a teaspoon of cremation ashes is needed per keepsake item. Instructions on how to package and ship them will be sent to you in the email. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any further questions.

QUALITY

Please note that our jewellery will not turn your skin green but rose and yellow gold plating are more likely than white plated jewellery to eventually wear if worn daily.
