FAQs
1. What's the difference between the 200W and 112W charger?
Both are Anker — the only brand we trust for safety around PLA plastic. The 200W pushes up to 100W on a single USB-C port, which fast-charges most MacBooks and large tablets. The 112W tops out at 30W on USB-C — great for phones and iPads, but will slow-charge a MacBook. If you're charging laptops, get the 200W.
2. Can I use my own charger?
The dock is sized to fit the included Anker charger. We don't recommend swapping it — the Anker models were specifically chosen because they don't generate enough heat to damage the dock.
3. Does it come with charging cables?
No — it includes the dock, lid, charging block, and power cable for the block. Cables are sold separately. (USB-C to USB-C cables work with most modern devices.)
4. Can it hold and charge multiple laptops at once?
Yes. We recommend the 200W version so you're not waiting on charge times.
5. Do you have a wall-mount version?
Not yet — we're developing one. Follow the shop to be notified when it launches.
