What’s your return policy?

I don’t offer returns/refunds, but will usually work with you on an exchange on paper prints. The only time I offer refunds is if there’s something wrong (damage, etc) with your order. When that’s the case, please let me know by sending me a message or emailing me at elbakerart@gmail.com.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Most likely yes, but only if it’s a paper print. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping print back to me.

What if my order is marked as delivered, but appears stolen/missing?

If tracking info says that an order was delivered, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office to find more info and/or file a mail theft complaint. I do not offer refunds for orders that are marked as delivered and then later go missing/stolen. Ultimately, IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SAFE, SECURE, AND PROTECTED LOCATION FOR RECEIVING PACKAGES.

Framed canvas prints come with a black backboard and preinstalled hanging wire. Once framed, the depth of the framed canvas prints is 1.88", and the frame adds about an inch to each side. For example, a 10x10" framed canvas print will have outer frame dimensions of 12x12" and will be 1.88" deep.

**Shipping:
The print is shipped rolled, in a long triangular cardboard box to ensure its safe arrival to you. Additional shipping note: I do all of my painting and creating in Austin, Texas. However, I work with various print shops so your order might ship from a place OTHER than Austin, Texas.
