• All our items are made-to-order in Toronto, and shipped within 1-3 business days (usually on Tuesdays and Fridays) 🇺🇸 USA orders ship DDP (delivery duty paid) via courier to Buffalo, NY, then direct to you via USPS mail. 🇨🇦 Canadian orders ship via local courier (no PO boxes or rural routes while Canada Post is on strike) 🇦🇺 , 🇯🇵 , 🇳🇿 , 🇨🇭 , 🇬🇧 = delivery via local P.O Tracking can take 24hrs to begin updating.

All tariffs and associated fees are now built into the shipping cost at checkout. Section 122 and 301 tariffs are still in effect as of 4/20/26 No action is required on your part. We will pre-pay these fees for you, DDP (delivery duty paid) and there will be no hidden or extra costs, ensuring a smooth delivery. Purchasing multiple items? The additional fees added to the ‘shipping fee’ are tariffs, not higher shipping costs (there is currently no system in place to show them separately at checkout) We are doing all we can to keep these costs as low as possible!

These are suggestions to keep your pieces looking new for the maximum amount of time! ★ Aim to minimize contact between your skin and the jewelry (wear over your clothes etc) ★ Do not wear your jewelry to bed, in the shower, at the beach/pool etc ★ Keep away from perfumes and body lotions, especially sunscreen ★ Use a dry jewelry polishing cloth to shine and clean after each wear. (Jewelry cloths are fairly inexpensive and last for years) ★ Store away from sunlight, dampness and open air. Best way to store them is in the re-sealable baggie they come packaged in. ★ Our products are not intended to be worn by anyone under the age of 13

• SILVER PLATED: sterling silver layer, plated over a base metal. • TIBETAN SILVER is a flexible metal alloy made of zinc, copper and tin. It is OK for most people with sensitive skin. • PEWTER: a soft metal alloy, mostly tin with a bit of copper, that has a darker 'antique silver' look. It will bend with a bit of force. • RHODIUM PLATED: Chrome-like, precious metal with high shine. Most 'white gold' is rhodium plated. • STEEL AND STAINLESS STEEL chains do have a small nickel content, avoid products with this metal if you have any nickel or metal allergies. • BRASS AND BRONZE Brass is made of copper and zinc. Bronze is made of copper and tin.

Our products (chains, charms, crystals) are sourced from manufacturers in USA, China, Turkey and India, and then assembled by me, made to order, in Toronto, Canada. We are required to label the item itself, with the country of manufacture (China, Turkey, USA etc) Your item may be opened in customs, to verify these markings.
