I am not taking any custom orders at this time!

Are your designs for commercial use?

You are welcome to use my designs commercially on an unlimited amount of PHYSICAL products for sale (i.e. t-shirts, wood signs, greeting cards, physical wall art, etc.). I do not allow designs to be made into embroidery files or digital wall art for sale. Please do not copy, resell or distribute my designs. Credit to A to Z Digital Designs is always welcomed, but not required.

You can access your downloads as soon as payment is confirmed. There is a download link in purchases and reviews under your profile tab on Etsy.com (NOT the app), as well as in your receipt email from Etsy. Please contact me if you've placed an order and don't see your files in either place.

Can I get your designs in a certain file format?

Please message me before purchasing if you need a different file format than shown in the listing!

Do you offer a bulk discount?

Due to the low price of my designs, I do not offer any bulk discounts.

Why are your designs in ZIP folders?

Due to Etsy's file size limits, I have to put some of my files inside compressed (zipped) folders before uploading to my shop. Some tablets/phones are not compatible with zipped folders. Please contact me if you are having trouble extracting the files.

Your purchase includes a PDF with a google drive link containing 20 PNG files, 300dpi, transparent background. The files are around 15" on the longest side.

Please note that due to screen/sublimation method inconsistencies, your finished sublimation project may have a slightly different color than you see on your screen. Also, resizing the images will cause loss of resolution.
