Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Can I include a gift message with my order?

I currently do not offer personalized gift message cards that can be included with orders, however, this is something I am hoping to offer in the near future! All messages written in the "note to seller" section at checkout will not be included anywhere in the order until we have the gift message option enabled :)

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

No, we currently do not have any expedited shipping options at the moment. It's extremely expensive to offer and I don't feel right charging that much for faster shipping.

Can I change the wording on a mug I ordered?

Yes! If you would like to change some of the wording of a mug, simply message me before ordering. I will follow up with a confirmation message before your mug is produced and shipped.

Clean in dishwasher or wash by hand with warm water and dish soap.

My coffee mug arrived damaged or I received the incorrect order.

Do you accept returns on exchanges?

Each mug you order is crafted based on your individual choice, and for this reason, we don't accept returns. However, If you encounter an issue with your item, please reach out via Etsy message; we're here to help.

// PRODUCTION PROCESS //

The first step in making a coffee mug is printing the artwork using special dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. The transfer paper is wrapped around the mug, and heat and pressure are applied. This causes the image on the transfer paper to be transferred to the mug and the printed dye to mix with the coating. The image then becomes part of the mug, creating a permanent sublimation print. No stickers/vinyl are used.
