Custom and personalized orders

Due to the customization and personalization on items in my shop, my standard policy is not to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact me to discuss.

For customized tumblers, glasses, mugs and other items personalized with permanent vinyl, it is recommended to hand wash in warm water. Do not let soak. Some customers have reported success dishwashing on top rack but I cannot guarantee that and I advice hand washing for best results. Items with heat transfer vinyl (yoga tanks, baby clothes, funny t-shirts) can be added to your washing machine. Turn garment inside out, machine wash cold, and tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean, bleach, iron or use softener.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is included as a bonus with some of my items! I take pride in packaging and presentation, so custom tumblers will come packaged in clean cellophane gift bags with a colorful matching bow. Stemless glasses are neatly boxed in a small, white gift box, stuffed with tissue paper and laying on top of colorful basket-filler crinkle paper. That box is packaged within the shipping box, so you will be able to gift it right away. Can cozies and drink sleeves come individually wrapped in tissue paper and kept together with a Thank You heart sticker. To request additional gift wrap options, please send me a message.
