We cannot provide discounted size exchanges after 2 attempts, you will have to provide photo proof of a ring size measurement and purchase a new ring.

Size exchanges are a small fee (varies on ring style). We offer up to 1 size exchange within 2 weeks of purchase (varies on style). Once your sizing is confirmed correct, we no longer offer size exchanges. We can extend size exchange offers to 1 year if you are purchasing as a gift for a recipient (please notify us). After 1 year, a replacement ring will need to be purchased. International shipping rates apply for all size exchanges.

After 7 days of delivery we are not obligated to replace any damaged or broken rings. If needing a replacement, please feel free to message us directly to discuss further solutions. Photo proof will be needed to open a replacement request.

All engraved rings that are returned are subject to a restocking fee (depending on style). Engraved rings include the outside main design and/or inside personalization.

Returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping costs are not covered by the seller, and the item must be sent back in its original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All of our rings are backed by a lifetime sizing exchange warranty. All size exchanges/replacements come with a small fee of $30 for each ring replaced. All you have to do is contact us and ship the ring back to us. International shipping rates apply for all size exchanges.
