Processing & shipping

►All pieces are handcrafted; therefore, I need for most of the pieces of the Circus & Ydor collection 2-10 days to prepare them (a few pieces take 5-6 days). Refer to each listing for details. Do contact me, though, because I might have one ready to ship! ►Domestic orders: shipped with ACS and takes 1-3 days to be delivered. European & International orders: shipped with DHL and it takes 5-8 days for Europe and 5-7 days for international orders to be delivered. ►Please note: Processing time + Shipping time = estimated date of arrival

We accept returns coming within 14 days, excluding some of our closed rings made in a specific size and any custom-made orders. For a return you need to ship the item back to us within 14 days with a tracking number, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, bearing the cost or return yourself. After we receive the item back we will proceed with the refund. You will be refunded the amount of the piece minus Etsy fees (approx. 10% of the order value), taxes and duty/import fees that may apply for receiving the item back. Please contact us to guide you through the process.

Lost or Delayed items

►We ship everything with an official tracking number. All international orders are shipped with DHL, so it highly unlikely that the package will be lost. Nevertheless, it may be delayed in customs, depending on the destination country. We will do our best to help you track any delayed item but we are not responsible for a package after it has been officially delivered according to the tracking details.

Gift wrapping and packaging

►Most of the silver jewelry come in a simple, flat but elegant packaging, but we offer an upgrade to a deluxe gift packaging also with extra charge. ►The deluxe packaging includes a beautiful box, a leaflet package with artist statement and collection information. all comes into a reusable fabric knot bag in random color. (see photo in bio) ►See the drop down options to find out about the packaging upgrades at your basket.

►Black plating: we use black Rhodium, the rarest and most precious metal globally, surpassing the value of gold & silver. Does plating fade away in jewelry?

►Plating is a thin layer of precious metal over the jewelry and does not hold its original appearance forever. It is a natural process of plated jewelry changing in appearance, especially with daily wear, with its plating eventually fading or tarnishing. ►It is a result triggered by the interaction jewelry with elements like oxygen or sulphur (in soil, plants, foods, and water), as well as certain acids. Also, depending on how your wear your jewelry you can accelerate the removal of the plating. Jewelry pieces like rings and bracelets are more susceptible to this, because we tend to wear them very often. ►To safeguard your jewelry and extend its luster, it's essential to adopt a few practices (see below)

Best prectices to prolong the plating in jewelry

► Remove all plated pieces when washing hands, showering, applying body & hair cosmetics ► Avoid wearing jewelry while swimming, as chlorine in pools and saltwater can harm all precious metals. ► Do not do cleaning, gardening, sports or other activities that rubs your jewelry against other surfaces to minimize the risk of damage. Avoid detergents. ► If it gets stained rinse it thoroughly with water and delicately wipe it dry with a clean cloth. ► Proper storage is crucial; use cloth pouches and boxes. Keep each piece separate to prevent them from rubbing against each other. ►Care for them with the same love as your silk dress!

Our philosophy & general advice on plated jewelry

►If you want something more hardwearing it is best to opt for plain sterling silver jewelry without plating. If the plating fades away we advise: ►have your jewelry re-plated to your local silversmith. ►We offer to re-plate it ourselves, restoring it to its original condition. Plating and shipping charges will occur so you can contact us to advise you for what’s best for you.

Tax and Customs Duty information

►For EU buyers. All taxes are included in the item's price and paid by the seller. ►For non-EU buyers The buyer is responsible for any possible custom duties and taxes. These fees are not included in the item's price. For some countries (e.g. the USA), Etsy adds tax to the price when placing an order. If you are from outside the EU and Etsy does not add the tax to your purchase, please check what taxes and custom duties you will have to pay. Each country has its own laws & regulations on taxes and custom duties. It’s the buyer's responsibility to check them. They are not included in my items' prices and I am not responsible for covering their costs.
