The picture was framed in the Etsy photo. Misleading, to say the least. It came with no frame. When I asked for a refund, customer service turned me down. I'm not pleased.

I just wanted to clarify that nowhere on the shop is the poster described as framed, and the images are standard mockups — just like all poster shops use — meant to show how the artwork could look once framed. The frames appear different in each photo precisely because they’re mockups, not the actual product. This is actually the very first time someone has asked about the frame. As you can see from the many positive messages on the shop, I’m always very available and do my best to assist customers whenever there’s a problem. However, I’m unable to offer a refund for something that wasn’t an error on my side.
