How do I access my digital download after purchase?

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

I did not receive my order/ Seller did not shipped my order

Where is my template? I only receive a pdf file.

How long does seller take to reply?

I respond immediately when I heard Etsy notification. Sometime I reply late because lazy me still sleeping due to the time zone difference, sorry for that hehe

I do not receive any email for my digital item

Your email can be block from Etsy if you purchase download with your Apple ID. Please open your Etsy account on a browser to access.

I accidentally purchase item from your store. Can I get my money back?

No, I don't accept cancellation or return money for accident purchase. Customer still can access the template link even after get their money. I receive many message about accident purchase. Please be careful when check out your chart.
