Why is it not allowed to give away or sell textures created from your clipart?

The textures created from our clipart are considered derivative works that are based on our original designs. When you purchase clipart from DigitalCliplux, you’re granted a license to use the artwork in your own creative projects, but the rights to the original designs remain with us. Allowing the redistribution or sale of these textures could undermine the value of our original artwork and affect our ability to sustain and create new designs. We appreciate your understanding and support in protecting our creative work, which helps us continue to provide unique and inspiring clipart for everyone to enjoy!

What is the difference between a design resource and a finished product?

A design resource refers to elements such as clipart, textures, templates, or other digital assets that are created to be used as components in a larger project. These resources are meant to be customized, combined, or integrated into your own designs, allowing for creativity and personalization. On the other hand, a finished product is a completed work that is ready for use or sale, such as a graphic design, poster, or branding material. A finished product is the result of using design resources, transformed into a cohesive and polished final piece. In summary, design resources are the building blocks of creativity, while finished products are the end results of utilizing those resources in your projects.

Design Resource: A design resource is an element that you use to create a new project.

This could include: 1) Clipart images 2) Textures 3) Backgrounds 4) Fonts 5) Any other raw graphic materials These are not meant to be sold or distributed as they are, or slightly modified, but should be used as parts of a bigger, more complex design.

Finished Product: A finished product is a complete and final creation that is ready to be sold or distributed.

Examples include: 1) Printed items like invitations, posters, or greeting cards 2) Digital files for end-use like social media graphics, logos, or printables 3) Physical products like t-shirts, mugs, or tote bags with designs printed on them 4) When using my clipart, it must be part of a finished product, not sold as an independent element or combined with other elements to create new clipart.

1) You cannot sell or distribute my clipart or textures as they are, even if combined with other elements to form new design resources. 2) You cannot modify the clipart in minor ways and resell it as a design resource. 3) You cannot offer the clipart as a downloadable asset or in any format that allows others to extract or use it as a resource.

Why did I receive a PDF file?

Due to the large size of some of my products, they are hosted off-site at Google Drive (or Dropbox), a reliable file transfer service. Your download from Etsy includes a link to access your actual product there. In case you prefer another transfer service, please reach out to me, and I will be glad to assist you.

How To Download Files?

✰✰ First Method ✰✰ 1) Log in to your Etsy account from the browser. 2) Go to “ Purchases and Reviews” 3) Next to your order, click “Download File” 4) Click the button inside the PDF file you downloaded or paste the link into your browser. 5) You will be redirected to the Google Drive service. Now you can download your files. 6) Download the .ZIP file 7) Right click on the .zip file that you have downloaded from the link and select extract all 8) You will have a new folder on your computer which will have the files that you have purchased. ✰✰ Second Method ✰✰ 1) After you purchase, you should receive an email from Etsy with download link. 2) Click on the download link and download the PDF file. 3) Same as first

After your purchase, the file download should start automatically. If it doesn’t, you can easily access your files by going to the 'You' tab on your Etsy account and selecting 'Purchases and Reviews.' From there, you can download your digital files.
Once you've clicked the file, it will be saved to your computer, usually in your downloads folder—unless you've set a different location.
Please keep in mind that downloading digital files through the Etsy app isn’t currently supported. To download on a mobile device, you can use the download link sent to your Etsy-registered email.
Please note that the file you will be downloading is a PDF. Inside the PDF, you’ll find a button or link to access Google Drive. This is necessary because the file sizes are larger than Etsy's upload limits. From Google Drive, you can easily download your files

Very cute designs and images. Some where not as cleaned as I wanted since it was going on a black shirt but seller was quick and fixed all the issues. I'm addition, provided me a few more bonus images that are so cute! Will have to find reasons to print these ones as well. Recommend images and Seller - definitely went over and beyond!
