Orders ship within 24–48 hours (no Sundays). USPS delivery dates are estimates only and may be delayed due to transit conditions. Packages may be marked “Delivered” before actual arrival — please wait 5 days before contacting us. USPS requires 15 days before a claim can be filed.

2️⃣ ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds or exchanges (including sizing). Please review all descriptions and sizing charts before ordering. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting/monitor settings. If personalization (e.g., names) is not provided at checkout, your order will ship as entered.

3️⃣ INSPECT YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS
You have 24 hours after delivery to report any issues, and photos are required. After this timeframe, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items (including charms, rhinestones, or jewelry components).

⚠️ IMPORTANT – SHIPPING & DAMAGE CLAIMS
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as USPS does not reimburse postage (even for lost or approved claims). For damaged items, USPS may require the original packaging and item to be presented at your local post office for inspection before a claim can be approved. Compliance with USPS requirements is the customer’s responsibility for claim processing.
