Why did only part of my order arrive?

Many orders ship in separate packages because items like blankets, apparel, and stickers are produced by different partners. It’s completely normal for one item to arrive before another. Etsy may show one tracking status even if multiple packages are on the way. If you ever need help locating tracking for the remaining item, feel free to message us!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message

What’s your return policy?

We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges as our products are made to order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by messaging us and we will work with you to best resolve any issues! Orders are sent to production quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible — if production hasn’t started, we may be able to cancel.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not offered for delays caused by carriers or peak-season production timelines. Refunds are usually only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order enters production or ships, we cannot change the address. If you notice an error, message us immediately and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t started production yet.

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, (no delivery scan) please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they handle delivery investigations.

What Is "Made To Order" mean?

All our products are made just for you! That means they are not printed until you order them. Once you place an order, the shirt is sent to production, printed, then shipped straight to your door

Do you offer Gift wrapping and packaging?

At the present time, we are sadly not able to offer gift wrapping or gift messages, but hopefully this is something we can introduce in the future.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within (7 days ) of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you guarantee delivery dates?

Delivery dates shown by Etsy are estimates. While we do our best to get orders out quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Delays caused by carriers or high order volume are outside our control.
