HEAD WARMER – DOUBLE LAYER JERSEY HAT

Hat sewing pattern & tutorial: With the Head Warmer pattern you sew a classic basic hat from jersey – for babies, kids and adults, in sizes by head circumference from 38 to 60 cm (15–23.6 in). The hat is sewn double layered, so it is lovely, warm and soft. It is optimized for cotton jersey, and the instructions explain how to adapt it to rib knit, Lycra, knit fabrics, French terry, fleece or jacquard.

This hat is very versatile – for everyday wear or as a cosy accessory on chilly days. A timeless design that convinces with simplicity and comfort. You only need one pattern piece cut on the fold and very little fabric (40 x 30 cm to 60 x 50 cm depending on the size) – perfect for using up scraps.

The pattern comes with detailed, richly illustrated step-by-step instructions – suitable for beginners with basic sewing skills and for advanced sewists.
