Nice materials and easy to assemble
Bought this to replace another cat tree that had worn out scratching posts. Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn’t sell replacement posts. We bought this tree because we could replace parts individually as they wore out, instead of throwing an entire tree away. Much more environmentally friendly. One of our cats has anxiety and this tree allows her to climb up high and feel safe. She took the the tree immediately (catnip spray helped), and wouldn’t come down until dinner time. The tree is very easy to assemble, however, I wish the instructions included a list of what is in the box and a diagram of how to assemble it. The quality of materials is much higher than I expected. The hammocks are super soft and feel like suede (they’re not). This tree is made of solid wood - not particle board. Very impressed w/ the quality.
Absolutely top-notch design, materials, craftsmanship and service! Everything was well-packaged so that it was easy to understand what went where. The instructions included in the box were clear, and Alex even sent me extra tips in an Etsy message. Assembly was quick and easy, and the piece looks lovely in my home. Good design is important to me, and Alex really delivers here, with thoughtful details and high-quality execution. Most importantly, the cats love it! One of them is napping at the very top even now. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who has found themselves torn between love for kitties and hatred for the visual horrors of most traditional cat trees. Alex will help you choose the right piece and make sure it works for you.
