Gift wrapping and packaging

We aim to reduce to the absolute minimum brand new packaging, as we find it as terrible waste. We use recycled boxes and wrapping solutions to reduce production of waste - we add to each order an informative leaflet. Dedicated gift wrapping not available at this stage, thank you for your understanding.

Damages during transit

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the issue as soon as possible. We DO NOT accept returns of fresh plants and fresh mosses due to very delicate nature of these alive products. After double transit plants or moss are not resellable and we won't accept such losses. All other products are returnable in the same state that were purchased and received by the buyer.
