Expectations
Expectations should be those shown in product images. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive something different than what is displayed.

Returns & Damaged Products
We accept returns of bookmarks within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. Please email within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of any defective or broken products for replacement.

Lost Packages
If your package shows delivered, but you have yet to receive it, you should contact your local post office with the tracking number. We are not responsible for packages shown as delivered to the address provided, but we will do all we can to help you locate your package.

Cleaning & Materials
Our Bookmarks may be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. The material of our bookmarks is the same thickness as cardstock. It is a flexible, waterproof laser, safe substrate much like a thick lamination sheet or very thin acrylic plastic.
