Why does it take so long to arrive to me?

T_T Well I'm from Mexico so the postal service is honestly terrible I apologize for the delays but I do my best to send out everything on time!

Custom and personalized orders

I do customized orders on some products, for example I include a sketch comission in the sketchbooks! As a custom request!

Why are you taking so long into sending out my package?

I try to send out all my orders quickly but due to the pandemic, I'm forced to reduce my time out, so I'm sending all my orders once a week, sorry for this! ;_; I try not to take longer than a week to send them out.

The hoodie is dtf print, so it can be machine washable but please use cold water and no drying machine, please only sun or air dry. If you can turn it upside out while washing and drying it will be better. Or hand wash as well the print will last longer that way.
