How do I download my product after purchasing?

You will have a link in your purchase confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation email you can also login into ETSY from your computer and go to your account on the top right corner and select Purchases and Reviews. This is where you will find all of your past purchases and downloads. You can also refer to ETSYs instructions here https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108-How-to-Download-a-Digital-Item?segment=shopping. If all else fails, please do not hesitate to send me a message.

How do I edit products that are editable?

You will need to download the free version of Adobe Reader here https://get.adobe.com/reader/. Make sure to select the free version and not the trial for a paid version, you don't want to get stuck paying for a subscription.

What if I like the product but I just wish I could make a couple easy changes?

No problem at all, just shoot me a message letting me know what you are looking for and in most cases I can easily make custom changes however depending on what you are looking for there may be some cases where the changes are not possible.

Do you take custom requests?

Absolutely, just shoot me a message on ETSY with the details of what you are looking. I will do my best to get back to you ASAP to let you know if it's possible or not.

Do you accept refund requests?

Due to the nature of being a digital download, no refunds will be honored once the file has been downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded the product, I will consider a refund depending on the refund request.

Are your products available for commercial use?

No, all of my products are for personal use only and are not to be resold or redistributed.
