If the products you receive are broken

Different scenarios: 1. Damaged during transport - in this case, photos (also serial number for photo tiles) are required, replacement of broken tiles is NOT free of charge (the price of the product and the delivery are paid by the customer). 2. Not as expected/"I still don't want this", etc., the rule for returning the product applies. 4. Exchange: Unfortunately, product exchange is not possible.

Damaged Products Policy

As most of our products are fragile, all orders are shipped with insurance. We pack the box carefully so that the product remains in perfect condition during delivery. IMPORTANT!!! When you receive the product, inspect the package in the presence of the shipping agent and make sure it is not damaged. If the carrier does not want to open the box without receiving the product, open the product within 2 hours at the latest and contact the carrier the same day if you notice any damage. Report the damaged product to the shipping company. Please let me know about the damaged product, I will try to help as quickly as possible.

Product exchange, product return, money refund 1.

Unfortunately, product exchange is not possible. If you would like to return the product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To return the product, you must send it to our address in Hungary. The return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the depreciation, and the amount of the depreciation will be deducted from the refunded amount. We will refund the money after receiving the product. We will not refund shipping costs, additional duties, taxes or other additional costs incurred. We only accept trackable shipments.

If the buyer does not receive the product and wants to return it because they did not inform themselves about possible customs duties and import taxes before purchasing, and because of this, the buyer does not want to pay these costs upon receipt of the product, then in this case we are unable to refund the price of the product and other costs! If You don't receive the package by the specified deadline

If the package is provably delayed due to kypmdshop's fault, you can of course request a refund of the purchase amount. The burden of proof is on the buyer. In the event that the package is undeliverable (the address is incorrect or you are not available) and therefore you do not receive the package, the package will be destroyed, and therefore no refund is possible in such a case.
