How fast are orders filled?

How do I launder my kitchen towel?

Kitchen towels are all cotton with screen printed designs. They can be machine washed, dried, bleached, Oxi Cleaned, and ironed as needed. Screen printing is done by hand and is very durable! This means no two are exactly the same and some variety in inking is expected.

How will my item be packaged?

Kitchen towels will arrive in a durable poly mailer. Atlas signs arrive in a ridged cardboard mailer. Signs are carefully wrapped in brown paper and packaged into sturdy boxes with the exception of the largest size sign (16x20") which is packaged using large customized cardboard protection. Gift wrapping is available upon request for an additional charge.

Is my sign for interior display only?

Yes, all signs are for interior display only. Canvas signs are hand painted on gallery wrapped canvas over wooden frames. All canvas signs have a clear matte sealer applied. Atlas prints have been produced on actual 1965 atlas pages with hand lettered typography and graphics. Next it is professionally printed on 60lb luxury paper ready for matting and framing. Hanging atlas signs have top and bottom stained pine rails and twine hanger.

Are the atlas cards produced on heavy card stock?

Yes, our atlas cards have been produced on actual 1965 atlas pages with my added hand lettered typography and graphics. Next that image is professionally printed on 100lb luxury card stock ready for adding your personal note.

What do I do if my package was lost or delayed?

USPS can make delivery errors. If this happens to you, it's best to file a missing parcel claim through SENDLE.com (USPS partner) immediately. Your tracking number will be in your Etsy account and/or email. You can contact your local USPS office as well or talk to your neighbors, apartment management, or roommates if applicable. Customers almost always find their packages this way. If none of this helps, please message us.
